We have a contract on our hous not full asking price. We do not want to sell it now. Do we still have to pay realtor commissions The contract is 6 days old.

If you have agreed/signed a purchase ocntract, then by the usual terms of the listing agreement and purchase contract form, the commission is earned, and paid when the transaction closes. Your answer may also depend upon the conditions which must be satisfied for the buyer to be obligated to consummate the purchase. If the sale is not completed because a condition is not met, then no commission is payable.
