How do i get someones name off a deed to a home that was fraudulantly recorded

You should talk to a lawyer. This can get complicated. The first thing your lawyer will do is send a written request, and $5, to the person asking him to sign a quit claim deed. If he refuses or does not reply, then your lawyer will file a lawsuit to "quiet title." If you win the suit, then you can also recover your attorneys' fees.
