Stock sale

Seller wants to sell company seller wants to do a stock sale that includes all company assets. Is this possible and if so is there a form?

Buying a business is tricky, and without an attorney to represent you there is large risk. You need a sale contract that covers all rights, covenants, warranties, performances, statements of assets and liabilities, etc. You need to make sure you are getting what you bargain for.
