Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

my x realtor

we need to find our x realtor that sold us the house we dont have all the warrenty deeds to house like our roof warrenty, i check with az.dept. of realitors and found where it said she was at now and called and they said she did not work there anymore. help

If she has not registered her license with a broker known to AZ Dept of Real Estate, then she might be inactive. You will find her like any other person is found--phone listings, internet, process servers do skip traces for low fees, etc.
