Legal Question in Sexual Harassment in Arizona

I have reported workplace harrassment three times with no results.

I have reported workplace harrassment to three different supervisors. I have been keeping a log of the harassment for nine months. I feel I am working in a very hostile environment, my supervisors have not made any changes. I also have several witnesses to the harassment. The harassment consists of name-calling, rude sexual remarks, blatant insults, extremely hostile and angry behavior and a lot of yelling. I don't think my supervisors are ever going to make any changes since I have reported it three different times. Is there anything legally I can do?

Re: I have reported workplace harrassment three times with no results.

You have done everything in your power to resolve this issue within your company. You have also built up a strong case against your company for Sexual Harassment. You need to find a competent attorney in your area who specializes in Sexual Harassment law. Call your local bar association and ask for referrals. Interview a couple of different attorneys so you know you are making a good choice because you have a solid case and you will need a good attorney to fight for your rights. Having witnesses and a log of events is key. The most important thing you have done that makes the case is the three reports to supervisors and their failure to act. The sooner you get an attorney the better before witnesses change their minds or management changes the situation. Do not tell anyone what you plan to do or else your job may be in jeopardy. If you are fired that could add to your damages if you can prove you were fired because you hired an attorney. However, the sooner you hire an attorney the stronger your case for retaliation if you are fired. Good luck. If you need additional help please feel free to contact my office.
