Legal Question in Tax Law in Arizona

Innocen Spouse Relief - Urgent

My ex filed for innocent spouse relief. I was notified by the IRS that I could respond but they wouldn't tell me what my ex filed. How do I get the information my ex filed with the IRS? I don't know what to respond to if I don't know what is being claimed and the ex certainly won't send me copies. I have 2 weeks to respond....Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Innocen Spouse Relief - Urgent

You can respond simply why they are not innocent spouse. As this is a technical area, you should hire a tax representative.
