Legal Question in Traffic Law in Arizona

was in accident on private property got out car and all was ok. Gave name number and ladie yelling so left. days later officere approaches ask me about it in front of very important family members. about accident i denied it. had he pulled me assiode would not have been imbarrassed. Officer said was in absolutel no trouble but since lied was giving my three tickets , failure to stop, failure to remaim, lying to officer. Since on private properety is this legal and did not lie just misunderstood the question was not under oath.

My suggestion is that you consult a lawyer directly rather than through email. I would have to learn more about the circumstances, but given the nature of the charges I don�t believe it matters that the alleged conduct occurred on private property. But the charges relatively speaking are serious (though misdemeanors); do not represent yourself.
