Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

az property title

My husband and I presently hold title to our home as Tenants in Common 80% him and 20% me.

In his will he states upon death his portion will be mine but I am wondering if this will hold up in probate???

I need to add some details for you. Sure, you could receive the house if the will is proper and leaves the house to you. But why you would want to do that is my question, when a trust or a beneficiary deed would transfer the property to you without the expense, delay and hassle of a probate. Of course, no opinion can be given on a will that is not in front of me.

We offer free initial consultations. I would do a little more research and planning in this case. Hope this helps.
