Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Beneficiary

My deceased husband was a sole beneficiary to a Irrevocable Trust. We did not have any substancial property together. My question is, do I have any claim to a trust of a deceased beneficiary?

Re: Beneficiary

I will add to the answer already posted. Yes, your rights will depend upon the terms of the trust itself. I would need to examine it, together with any amendments. Your rights will also depend upon your husbnad's will or estate plan. If you want a free, no obligation consultation to evaluate these documents call 480.835.1500. Best regards.

Re: Beneficiary

The answer depends upon the provisions of the trust and whether the benefits to your husband are then to be paid to his surviving spouse.
