Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

If I change my will and sign it and have a witness sign it, will it hold up in court after my passing?

Changing a Will requires the same formalities in making the "Codicil" as making a new Will.

In most cases, you are better off to make a new will, and look at every paragraph and all provisions of the will, to be sure that all is appropriate and current, as you wish. Either way, if the new Codicil or new Will is properly made and executed with witnesses and before a notary, it will be enforced by the Court. You should consult with an experienced attorney to make sure that you are doing it all right, since your question shows that you are concerned about someone challenging your Will.
