Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

copy of trust

I am listed as one of the beneficiaries on my mother's trust. My sister is the executor of it and will not give me a copy of it. Is there any other way to get a copy of the trust since I am named on it.

Re: copy of trust

You are not providing enough information to answer your question. For example, is your mother alive?

An executor is the person who administers a decedent's estate. A trustee is the person that manages a trust according to the trust agreement. You may have an action/right to bring an action in probate court for an accounting by the trustee or for the court to review the action taken by the trustee, but I have no facts to make any suggestions or to state that you have a right to receive a copy of the trust.
