my father died with no will. he gave me up for adoption to his mother, my grandmother. he had no other children and no wife. there is only his mother, his brother and me, the biological child. he has property in arizona. who gets it?

With no will (dying "intestate"), property has a set way of being distributed. It would go first to the child(ren), if any, so you would get everything.
