Which forms to use for will

My Father passed away in March and I have been taking care of my Mother ever since, she has moved in with us etc.I am her Power of Attorney medically and financially.Do I need to do a Will also?

Would not the question be that your mother needs a will? More important, there needs to be some estate planning to avoid probate, etc. We cannot give that here since there are too few facts presented about her estate, beneficiaries, property, etc.

You cannot make a Will for your mother, she must make her own Will of her own free volition and must have the legal capacity to do so. If she has capacity, you should take immediate action to enable her to make her Will and update the powers of attorney, particularly if the POAs were made before 2004.
