girlfriend left everything

my dads girlfriend was left everything in his will in a. Do we have any rights to his estate? it is probate now. what should i do?

You can contest the Will, but you need grounds (legal reasons) to bring a will contest. If you can prove that the Will is invalid, then your Dad will have died without a Will and his estate will be distributed to his heirs according to AZ law.

If your father was of sound mind when he made the will, then the will is probably valid. However, more information is needed about the circumstances under which your father signed the will.

Have you seen the will? Go to the probate court in the county where your father lived and get a copy of the probate filed. Also, file a Demand for Notice so that you get copies of any other documents filed in the future.
