what are the legal rights of surviving children

Our father had a trust, are we intitled to view this document. His spouse was not our Mother. we are benificiary named. His wife is trustee. We do not want to hurt her,but we feel our Father had a trust so he had last wishes. What is our legal rights?

Upon your request, she is obligated to provide you with a copy of the trust provisions that apply to you. See Arizona Revised Statutes section 14-7303.
