Is a Living Will created in California good in Arizona?

Also Medical Documents such as "Do not revive" we signed in CA good in AZ.

Yes, a living will and other advance medical directives, properly made and executed under California law, will be valid and enforceable here in AZ. AZ courts will apply California law to enforce them.

I suggest that the document that is the most important for you to have is a Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, that is the one document that will serve to protect you during your lifetime. It is more important than any other.
