What is a ''Poor Over Will''?

Thank you for your inquiry. A pour-over will is used in combination with a Trust. If you have a Living Trust, then you should transfer appropriate assets into the Trust during your lifetime. The pour-over will says that anything you own at the time of your death (e.g. that didn't get transfered into the Trust during your lifetime) is to be transfered into the Trust and distributed according to the terms of the Trust.
