Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

trustee's of of my mothers trust have not closed the estate(active stock/divedends).trustee's refuse to produce any information concerning status of estate or any invantory of assets{many requests}. probate was in ca., trustee's live in id., i live in az. can they be sued and in what state?

You need to take legal action in the state where the trust is domiciled, the state whose law is controlling, usually where the assets were held. Probate does not affect or control the trust, the trustee is bound by the trust agreement and the laws of that state.
