Do I need a will?
I got married recently. Do I need a will, or in Arizona, will the house, cars & bank accounts, etc. automatically go to my wife even though her name is not on the papers in the event of my death?

Yes, you still need a Will to accomplish your objectives. Call an attorney in your area that specializes in estate planning for help.
