Legal Question in Workers Comp in Arizona

if i was already approved for workers comp for 3 months now and i see the doctor regularly every two weeks if i get randomly tested and he finds thc in my urine can my jobs insurance company deny me after i was already approved?

NO. However, physicians do not have to treat people that they believe are self-medicating, whether it be with weed, alcohol, or other non-prescribed drugs. Random drug testing is not part of the Arizona workers' compensation law, but a physician who is prescribing for you does have the right to order a test for his own prescribing/monitoring purposes.

Unless you are using it for pain control purposes, I suggest that you lay off smoking until your are done treating with that doctor, or, if you have the right to do so (not everyone does) change to a doctor who will prescribe MMJ. Consulting with a lawyer who understands the workers' comp law AND the MMJ laws would be wise.
