seizure

While at work I had a seizure. Would that be considered workers' comp?

Re: seizure

The mere fact that something happens to you while you are at work does not bring it under workers' compensation. The work or workplace must have, at the very least, contributed to your seizure. You would need a doctor in your corner, who is qualified and willing to state that your seizure "probably" was caused or contributed to by your work. You'll want to talk to your doctor next.
