Legal Question in Banking Law in Arkansas

My husband forged my name on a savings withdrawl slip at a bank that his daughter worked at for her to cash. This happend two years ago, and i closed the acct over a year ago. Now we are getting a divorce and i was wondering if anything can be done now about it or is it to late to press charges?

Was is a joint account? How much was involved?

Does the daughter still work at the bank?
