Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas
What Are The Laws About Reporting Income to the Bankruptcy Court
I would like to find out the Arkansas Bankruptcy laws in Arkansas. I employed a woman, who I discharged after seven months - who had filed bankruptcy before I hired her. She did not report all of her income to the bankruptcy court. She has filed for unemployment and I want to make sure all of her income has been reported to the bankruptcy court. Where would it be reported to?

Re: What Are The Laws About Reporting Income to the Bankruptcy Court
All bankruptcies in AR are filed in Little Rock at the US Bankruptcy Court, located at 300 W. 2nd St. The number is (501)918-5500.
It is also on their website, but you need a case number and an ID.
