Can I sue on a Letter of Intent that was never followed through on?

As a Franchise Attorney I can say this. Usually a letter of intent is just that - an intent to do something. Intentions, like the weather, can and do change. Of course, it would be wise to have the entire letter of intent analyzed. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
