arkansas a.c.a. 16.93.1301 sentence enhancement act

I would like to know when was the A.C.A. 16-93-1301 , Arkansas sentencing ehancement guidelines become in effective? I would like the exactly date it came into effective and the year and month it was adopted.How do you file for a motion for extension on an appeal process by yourself.

I know the process for an extension filed by an attorney. I don't know if it is the same for a pro se case. You call the clerk of the case and request a 7-day extension. Then you can file a motion for extension for another 30 days. That has to state your reason for the extension and be filed in the correct office.
