Legal Question in DUI Law in Arkansas

Does dui's ever go off your driving record

My sister has had 3 dui's in the past 7 years or so. They are off her record for insurance purposes but recently got another one. It showed up as a dui #4. Do you not start out with a clean record after they are taken off your record or does driver control always keep it and will she be charged as a 4th offense which is what type of punishment?

The look back period in AR is 5 years. It is a moving window. If the most recent one was 7 years then this is a DWI-1. Look at the actual date of each offense. If it really is a DWI-4 then it is a felony. She needs a lawyer ... she sould not be going it alone on this one!
