contest a co-guardianship?

How do I contest a proposed co-guardingship between my wife and her brother concerning their mother who is currently in a nursing home?

By filing pleadings with the court contesting the issue, doing so in a timely manner. Probate/Dependancy Court is very technical detail oriented. If you can't properly prepare the pleadings, you should hire counsel to do so. Call you local Bar Association or Lawyer Referral Service for an attorney.
