Can I get my child support payments back if after 15 years it is determined that the child is not mine?

Under the "collateral estoppel" principle the courts will not permit you to prevail if you should find that the child is not yours. This principle simply states that you can not raise that issue after such a long period of time has passed because to do so may be prejudicial to the child.
