Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

if custodial has moved to another state and noncustodial parent has visitation every other weekend if they are in same area,does it mean that the noncustodial parent get the children everyother weekend if the custodial parent moves back to the same town, or does it have to go back to court?

If you want to change the order of the visitation, you need to go back to court in order to accomplish that. The parents are free to agree otherwise to different visitation.
