Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

custodial parent wants to move out of state

My wife and I are getting a divorce. She wants to move to florida with my children. I would agree to it if she gave me joint custody, spliting the year up as evenly as possible with school. I want to know that is it possible for me to keep her from moving out of state, even if she gets full custody and I get only visitation.

Re: custodial parent wants to move out of state

If she gets full custody, you will not be able to stop her from moving. Your only chance is to fight her for custody.
