Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

full custody seeking adoption

I have full custody of my two children. My exhusband has visitation rights only but has moved 7 hours away and has seen them 1 in 6 months. My exhusband has not paid child support in over a year and me and my husband are fully responsible for our two children. He and I want him to adopt them so we are considered their legal parents because my exhusband has a lifestyle that is very diferent from our home. my children call my husband dad, they are young and rarely see their real father except 2 or 3 times a year and he is extremly behind in child support that he cannot pay. What are our options to fully adopting our children.
