Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Gay partnership property dissolution

7 Years ago my partner & I jointly bought a house. A few months ago I moved out & she said she would give me ''part'' of my investment back when she sells the house. The house is not up for sale and she is filing a bankruptcy suit at this present time. She may not even sell the house in the end, and she has a new ''roommate''. Am I legally still responsible for half of the house payment & expenses incurred since the time I moved out since my name is also listed as co-owner? How can I get my full initial investment back? (Homes in that neighborhood do not depreciate!)
