My husband went to jail. I want a divorce

my husband has been convicted of child molestation. he signed a plea agreement and is going to the state penn. I can not live with the fact of our marriage. i have 3 children, 1 is married, 1 is mentally disadvantaged, and the other is 11 and has started public school for the very first time. my spouse was very controling and I have to start living my life for me and my girls. I went to a income based legal service and they stated they could not help me. Please help
