Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

Are there rules governing court ordered drug tests?

During first hearing the judge ordered drug tests for the both of us. I am Narcoleptic and have to take prescrbed amphetamines to stay awake. My husband accused me of taking illegal drugs. He admitted to using marajuana.Mine came back

reflecting my medication. His came back showing diluted. First test was scheduled about 22 hrs. after we got out of court.Later tests had a 12 hour window.I think it should be

immediate. Why would a judge give so much tine to clean his

system out? Are there rules? He is getting away it!!

The judge would be the one to decide the testing times, so long as they are fair and reasonable. I'm not sure, but don't most drugs stay in system longer than 12 hours?
