Legal Question in Family Law in Arkansas

i have signed full custody to my ex wife while we had joint custody and the judge decided the child will go school in mother s town,agreen that she wont file for child support.after 2 days ,after i signed the papers she calls and say she filed .i am married and have a son and a step son liveing with me.we have a low income.how can i reduce the amount thats shows on the child support chart?

Take her back to court for renigging on the deal. Talk to an attorney in your locale.
