Denial of father's thirteen-week leave due to child birth
Can my company deny me taking the rest of my thirteen week leave, if I have previously taken five weeks of said leave and want to take off the remainder of said leave?

If your company has enough employees to be covered by the Act and you otherwise qualified, you are entitled to 12 weeks of unpaid leave under the Act.
