An employee's wife is pregnant and he wants to take the Family Medical Leave Act to be off 12 weeks. We are a business to 28 employees and I am wondering is a husband able to us the FMLA for this?

FMLA requires that you have 50 or more employees within a 75 mile radius of where the employee works in order to be covered by the law.
