I have a fiance in the Philippines, It is getting expensive supporting them and me and I was wondering what is the fastest legal way to get them here

If you met your fiance in person (e.g. traveled to Philippines to meet in person within the past 2 years), then you can file a Fiance visa petition. If and when approved, your fiance can apply for a Fiance visa at the US embassy in Manila.

There is no faster way: a Fiance visa would be the most appropriate way. I helped a number of clients to bring their fiancees or wives from Philippines. Usually, it takes about one year from start until a visa is issued (provided that there are no complications).
