"marrying to a new immigrant in Toronto"
My boyfried just moved to Canada, about a month ago. He's a land immigrant now, but he will only become a citizen in three years. I'm a Ukrainian citizen and currently study in the U.S. If I get a Canadian visitor visa and go visit him in Toronto, what are the requirements for us getting married?
