getting out of a lease

i m moving to an other state becuase of a job offer that will pay me more..can i break my lease because of moving for a job?

Depends on the terms of the lease. So the best advice is to read the contract.

Most likely, you will not be able to break the lease. However, you may be able to sub-lease the apartment or you may be able to negotiate out of the lease with the property owner.

As with any agreement you make, be sure to get in writing in order to protect yourself. Good luck.
