Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arkansas

Whether I must provide insurance information for an auto accident under $500.00?

I know I must provide coverage as well as file an SR-1 report for an accident over 500 or involving an injury, but what are my obligations when involved in and contacted for a minor scrape under $500 damage? Am I required to provide my insurance info to an opposing insurance company who has contacted me? Names were exchanged but my client prefers to handle this without going through her insurance. Fault is not clear.

There is a requirement that the parties exchange identification and in insurance information at the scene. I do believe there's a requirement that you provide insurance information to the opposing insurance company. However, if the case goes to litigation, the law specifically provides that insurance information is discoverable.
