Second Mortgage
If two people Divorce and one spouse receives the house is it legal for the other spouse to take out a second mortgage on the property without the other spouse's signature.
He received the house and I quit Claimed ( he never filed it)it over to him but he never removed my name from the deed or the mortgage and he then added a second mortgage which they are now saying I am responsible for.I did not sign a second mortgage.
