Advancement of Legacy
Widow (my stepmother) was left home,2 new vehicles, new camper other financial benefits, possibly $300,000 or more. Four children bequethed 4,000. Widow states no estate left for them.

What options do we have to identify names of property at the time of my fathers death? As Executor, the attorney who drafed the will, states liablity for all expenses could be mine i.e. funeral bill How can we track accounts?

You can obtain the information that you seek by using your State's probate laws and filing a Demand for Notice and possibly seek an accounting.

Your first step should be to hire a qualified estate and trust lawyer in your community to assist you.
