Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

My husband's lost parental rights of his youngest son many years ago. His son was adopted by his step-father and we have not had contact with him since. He is now 20 years old. Husband and I are drawing up our will, leaving everything to my children and his two other children. Would the son that he lost parental rights to have any legal rights to contest our will?

No. After he was adopted he is no longer your husband's child. The adoption severed that legal (parent/child) relationship.
