My father and mother were never married to each other. My birth certificate does have my Dad's name on it as my father. When he died, he didn;t leave a will. Am I entitled to any of his estate. He was married at the time of his death.

You may be entitled to a portion of his estate, if you can establish paternity. A birth certificate is not dispositive. You may need to file a motion to determine heirship in probate court in order to get an order.
