Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arkansas

I have power of attorney of my dad he is in prison,his mother has him as benificary of her estate if she dies while Iam power of attorney does that mean I will have control over her estate on the power of attorney papers I have power over all things

No. You will have to petition to be appointed to administer her estate.
