probate claim

my husband died in 2005. he din't leave a will. there was a tremendous amount of debt. i filed bankruptcy and it was discharged. i went to probate court. i owed the irs a huge amount of money. i comprimised with them. i got a cert. letter for a colection company that bought one of the debts i filed bankruptcy on yesterday. i don't have any money after settlement with the irs. what do i do?

If the debt was discharged in the bankruptcy, then you wouldn't owe the company anything.

You should contact your bankruptcy attorney regarding this specific debt and get him to write you a letter if the debt was discharged.
