i need a divorce. im dying ive been married for 12 months but seperated for 6 of them, i have cancer and have not been given longe to live is there anyway i can get a divorce or annulment.....

If you are both in agreement to file for divorce; you both will sign the necessary documents; and at least one of you will fly to Dominican Republic to appear before the judge on the day of the divorce hearing, you will then be eligible for filing a fast divorce by mutual consent.
