Re: Reversing

This matter should be reported to police. Any accident where a person is hit by a vehicle must be, as should the subsequent "road rage". It is immaterial that it happened on private property.

You may consider a claim for compensation as a result of the assault. I may be able to help with this.

Regarding any civil action for negligent driving against you by the other party (and I assume this is not police charging you with dangerous driving causing bodily harm, or equivalent in another State) - you must make a claim on your State's compulsory 3rd party motor vehicle accident insurance (ICWA, TAC or whatever you have in your State). I may be able to help with this.

This insurer will 'step into your shoes' and defend this claim on your behalf. That is the purpose of these compulsory insurance schemes.

If you are going to Court for a criminal charge, dangerous driving causing bodily harm, you will need a lawyer. I can help with this too.
