International Probate

I'am an Heir. Do you know of any way I can borrow money to pay for probate Then pay of loan when land is sold?

This should all be taken care of through the Probate itself.

If you are not represented, I suggest you have an attorney at least review your situation. If not us, then someone closer to you..but be sure you do it, for your own protection.

Just so noone tells you otherwise, the attorney fees in Probate are determined by statute. A probate lawyer should be willing to proceed based upon the value of the estate, and not require cash up front. There should be no need to borrow money for probate.
